The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was successfully held from October 28 to 31, 2019. According to the "Notice of Shenzhen University on in-depth study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China", on December 11, 2019, the college party committee sincerely invited Professor Tian Qibo, Director of the Social Sciences Department of Shenzhen University, to preach the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party spirit.
