Led by Professor Guo Jinchuan, the research team of X-ray image diagnosis science and technology has 7 full-time teachers, including 2 professors, 1 associate professor and 4 lecturers.Based on the scientific research of X-ray imaging,  research and develop the application theory and technology of digital X-ray imaging, with emphasis on the basic application research of X-ray phase contrast imaging and the key technology research of digital X-ray imaging in industrial and medical diagnosis. Undertook more than 20 national and provincial projects, including the key project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, a special project of major scientific instruments, and 973 sub-projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Through more than ten years of research and accumulation, it is at the domestic and international advanced level in special X-ray tube technology, large-area X-ray imaging grating technology, X-ray image detector technology, phase image restoration algorithm technology, and laser technology.
